Donation refund policy

This is a translation of our Romanian refund policy, for the convenience of English-speaking visitors. If anything here differs from the Romanian version, the Romanian text is the one that applies.

Donations made to the Humanimals Association are considered voluntary contributions, intended exclusively to support the organisation's non-profit activities.

Refunding donations

Donations are not refundable, except where:

• the amount was withdrawn from the donor's account twice, by mistake;
• the wrong amount was processed due to an obvious technical error;
• the donor requests a refund within 3 working days of making the payment, giving the reason for the request.

For exceptional situations, please send an e-mail to contact@humanimals.ro, with all the details of the transaction.
