The space problem
Even with a good adoption rate, shelters stay overcrowded. Places for chronically ill or hard-to-adopt animals barely exist anywhere in the country.
We are building a complex for stray animals, in stages. The first stage is the one where a contribution shows up directly: the land, the cat sanctuary, and the start of the food factory.
First we are raising the money to buy the ten thousand square metres. On that land we build the cat sanctuary, with about 300 places in its first part. Then we extend, and start building the food factory.
The base of the whole complex. Without land, nothing that follows can start, so the first money raised goes here.
The first unit we can make operational: about 300 places on 3,000 sqm, with quarantine areas, special care, socialisation, medical and behavioural assessment.
Our own production, which cuts our dependence on donations and becomes direct support for shelters across the country.
The infrastructure that makes extension possible: utilities, internal roads, technical spaces.
Romania has a structural problem in animal welfare. The existing resources are not enough, and food is not an occasional need: it is a daily obligation for every animal in a shelter.
Even with a good adoption rate, shelters stay overcrowded. Places for chronically ill or hard-to-adopt animals barely exist anywhere in the country.
Without a steady, affordable source of food, many shelters live in permanent crisis mode.
Romania has no organisation that produces and distributes food for animal shelters in an organised way. Every organisation works alone, with no economies of scale.
Two things now, one after the first two work. We do not promise the third stage before the first one exists.

About 300 places on 3,000 sqm: quarantine, special care, socialisation, medical and behavioural assessment.

Our own production unit for dry and wet food, treats and supplements. The main purpose: food at low cost or free for animal shelters across Romania.

On the same land, after the cat sanctuary and after the factory starts. We begin it when the first two are running, not before.
The food we produce goes, at low cost or free, to shelters in the network. Not at random: to the ones that use PetOne24 and meet the conditions of comfort, safety, hygiene and record-keeping required by law and by us, for the welfare of the animals.
The platform is not a formality. Through it we see the real headcount, the medical file of every animal and how the records are kept. That is how we know where the food ends up, and how we can answer for every kilogram.
Small budgets, results visible in weeks. Each can be supported on its own, in money or in kind, and each can be the first step of a partnership.
A safe place for cats until they are adopted.
One laptop means one shelter keeping proper records.
A company runs for animals without a home.
The immediate projects follow the same rules as the Phase 1 partnerships: a sponsorship contract, an impact report and public acknowledgement of the contribution, scaled to the size of each project.
With every partner we agree a clear reporting rhythm: monthly, quarterly or yearly, depending on the level of the sponsorship and on what the company needs to communicate.
The packages run from in-kind partner up to Platinum and can be adjusted to the industry and the objectives of the company. The levels and the activations are on the page for companies.
Because without land nothing can be built. The ten thousand square metres are the base of the whole complex: the cat sanctuary, the food factory and later the dog shelter all sit on them. The first money raised goes there.
It is the first unit we can make operational: 3,000 sqm, about 300 places. The dog shelter comes on the same land, in a later stage, once the sanctuary and the factory are running.
Shelters that use PetOne24 and meet the conditions of comfort, safety, hygiene and administration required by law and by us. Through the platform we see the real headcount and the medical records, so we can answer for every kilogram delivered.
Straight to the project you chose. We do not use donations for administrative costs or for activities other than the ones we announced.
Yes. Support exactly the project closest to you, whether from Phase 1 or from the immediate ones. Write its name in the payment details and the amount goes only there.
Yes. A monthly standing order gives us steady support and is the most useful way to be with us over the long run.
We publish progress with photos, video and reports. Partners receive impact reports at a rhythm we agree together: monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Yes. You can volunteer or contribute in kind: goods, services, or legal, veterinary, logistics and digital expertise. The immediate projects are designed exactly for that kind of help.
The land, the first infrastructure and the sanctuary that turns the project into something that actually runs.
