PetOne24 keeps a shelter's animal register, medical files, adoptions, stock and money, and publishes the available animals on a shared adoption portal. Built by the Humanimals Association together with real shelters.
A shelter has to keep in mind, all at once, how many animals it has, whose vaccination is due, who asked to adopt, how much food is left and where the money went. Most of the time, in notebooks and spreadsheets that go missing.
We built PetOne24 for ourselves, for the way the work actually happens: on a phone, in the yard, between two trips. Then it became obvious that every other organisation has exactly the same problems, and that there is no sense in each one solving them alone.
So we give it away. The platform is paid for out of donations and the association's own work. Organisations in the Humanimals network use it without paying anything.
Each organisation gets only the modules it needs. The rest appear nowhere: not in the menu, not in the reports.
Every shelter's animals on a single site, with a promise kept in the code and not only in words: no shelter is favoured.
The list rotates periodically, and a shelter with 12 animals gets as many front positions as one with 200. Without that, a large shelter would flood the first page and it would look "random" while actually being favouritism.
In the yard, at the vet, on the road. The daily round is ticked off from a phone, animal by animal, with the amount of food calculated from the register.
There is nothing to install: it runs in the browser, on any phone, and can be pinned to the home screen like an ordinary app.

An e-mail address and the organisation's documents (statute, registration certificate). Humanimals validates the account, then you work. Existing data comes in through CSV import, and we help with the first one.
